All brands, diagnosed properly
- Preferred brand: Viessmann, including Vitodens condensing and combi boilers, for service, diagnosis, and new installs. We are licensed to service and install all boiler brands.
- What we do not work on: oil boilers and steam boilers. If yours is one of those, we will tell you at booking rather than waste your time.
- Diagnostic fee: $75, credited into the repair or install when you go ahead with the work.
Boiler installs, priced after diagnosis
- Price: boiler installs starting from $13,500. Your final price is set by the on-site diagnosis and written quote for your home — heating load, venting, piping, and controls all change the job.
- Upgrades: still running one of the older small gas boilers installed in homes all over Surrey? We upgrade existing boilers to modern high-efficiency models — assessed on site and quoted in writing before any work starts.
- Warranty: 1 year parts and labour on the items we install. Manufacturer warranty on the boiler itself is as stated in your written quote.
- Financing: financing can be arranged.
- How booking works: call 8am–8pm, 7 days a week, and your visit is scheduled with you on that call, in writing, before any work starts.
Annual boiler service: Boiler Care, starting from $600 a year
A boiler that is serviced every year is a boiler that rarely leaves you without heat. Boiler Care is one full annual service visit, about 3 hours, starting from $600 a year, parts included. Each visit includes:
- A thorough service and safety check of the boiler and its controls
- Cleaning and inspection, as required for your model
- A plain-language report on anything that needs attention before next heating season
