  • Follow these steps to understand where your Leak is coming from.

    1) Plumbing fixture (such as a sink or tub)

    If the leak only appears when the fixture is used, the drainage needs to be repaired. Stop using the fixture until our technicians are able to review.

    If the leak is constant, then the main water line maybe cracked. Locate the units Main Water Shut Off (usually in a closet or next to the hot water tank) Keep off until our technicians arrive to review.

    2) Boiler Systems.

    If you have any leaks on a boiler, please locate the power switch and turn off the unit.

    3) Gas Leak

    If you smell rotten eggs (gas), ensure all your stoves and oven is off. In any event open doors and windows and evacuate the property. Call Emergency Services or your Gas Service Provider

    Next to your gas meter, you can turn off the gas using a wrench.
